Who are we? © NeuterSooner 2011 NeuterSooner.org NeuterSooner attends many events such as Woofstock to help get our message out. NeuterSooner is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals by offering low cost spay/neuter programs to those who can’t afford the cost. Our Board of Directors is composed of dedicated volunteers who have seen what pet overpopulation does to both the animals and the people who have to deal with the ongoing problem of pet overpopulation. We have rescued and sheltered far more pets than we can count and the problem was still staring back at us. So we decided to change our focus and solve the problem by prevention.
